Breakfast featured a nice variety of breads and pastries, making each morning a treat. The room was clean and the presence of an elevator made it easy to manage our luggage. A downside was the spa, which was closed for the season. Also, the room felt a bit cramped, but it was a good base for exploring Zermatt. Not having a refrigerator in the room was a minor inconvenience, especially for longer stays. Overall, a pleasant visit, but some amenities could enhance the overall experience.

Had an amazing stay with friends! The staff were super helpful while we explored nearby hiking trails. We loved taking the bike transport to Gornergrat and soaking in the breathtaking mountain views. Breakfast was great, especially the Bircher Müsli. Perfect spot for adventuring out to the Matterhorn.
